Ah, the pitter patter of 4-legged toenails dancing on the hardwood floors at over clocked speeds or the small granules of cat litter embedded in your heels. But, my babies: Ember and Asia are practically what I consider to be my family, right? So, why should I settle for anything less than what I would eat?
Most conventional pet food brands you find at the supermarket consist of reconstituted animal by-products, otherwise known as low grade waste from beef & poultry industries-you know, inedibles worse than hot dog parts. In fact, most pet foods are classified “4-D”, in a polite way “Dead, Dying, Diseased or Down (Disabled)” when they line up at the not-so-friendly slaughterhouse. In other words, unfit for human consumption-but, apparently good enough for your kitty or poochy. Now, that’s my pet peeve!
And I thought, if I wouldn’t eat it, why should my babies eat it? So, why not make my own puppy or kitty chow. In the wake of the recent pet food recalls, the idea of home cooked pet food meals seemed more doo-able than ever!
As I say to customers, “Cooking for your Pet is going Glam!” We are devoted to creating tasty, fresh natural pet food that is “Good Enough for you to Eat”! When we crafted an exclusive pet menu from fresh, organic (local & seasonal) vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, my own herb garden with tid bits of free ranged proteins, even the pickiest pets turned into enthusiastic waggers begging for more.
Our produce are 100% local & organic, human grade ingredients. Our chosen proteins, when possibly unless specified are free-ranged. This means, we thrive to use no chemical preservatives, fillers, artificial coloring or flavors. Our meals are simply made daily and are delicious “bikini weather” recipes. Our food is made to last on a weekly basis for any size pet and delivered the old-fashion way, to your doorstep with pride and care.
It’s easy as 1, 2, 3! Your best friend deserves local quality food. If your pet doesn’t dig it, we’ll give you your money back. Now, doesn’t that home cooking beat anything in a can or a bag?
