SPRING MENU

Bird Food

Jamaican jerk Turkey Sliders, mango and tomato salsa.

Nut n’ Honey Turkey Meatloaf, baked beans and braised greens.

Moo Over

“Sloppy Joes” Ground Round, sweet potatoes and carrots.

Southern Beef Stroganoff, spelt noodles and seasonal veggies.

Splash

New Orleans Oyster n’ Clam Gumbo, chickpeas and veggies.

Pan seared Scallop Cakes, tangerine peel and mustard greens.

What’s on the Inside?

Pan seared Kidneys, aduki beans and sweet pineapple.

Liver & Mushroom Pate, kidney beans and yam puree.

The Good Fat

Salmon & Oatmeal Casserole, lima beans and veggies.

Chilled Crab salad, cucumber noodles and celery slaw.

Early Walkers

Roasted Chicken , citrus-herb pesto and parsnip saute.

Chicken baked Lasagna, tofu ricotta and spinach.

    I wouldn’t have it any other way. My dog is alert, full of life, glowing coat and excited about food and it’s not mine. I don’t have to share and watch Soli beg for food at my plate. He is now, satisfied and I am so glad that i have Jodie, chef to the paw in our life. We give her an A+
