Summer Menu – Present. June 10, 2008

SUMMER MENU

Early Walkers

Roasted Chicken salad, citrus herb pesto and garbanzo beans.
Chicken baked lasagna, tofu ricotta and heirloom tomatoes.

Bird Food

Nut n’ Honey Turkey meatloaf, roasted garlic and baked beans.
Puerto Rican spiced Turkey Breast “naked” burrito, sofrito, taro root and scrambled eggs.

Moo Over

Southern Beef & Gravy stroganoff , mama’s green beans and spelt noodles.
Braised Beef tips, yucca pica dillo and dried cranberries.

Wild West

Yogurt marinated Lamb curry, basmati rice and young coconut shavings.
Rabbit “fricassee” stew, toasted barley and citrus peel.

What’s on the inside?

Heart Medley tagine, vegetable cous cous and ripe mangoes.
Pan seared Kidneys, aduki beans, seaweed noodles and sweet pineapple.

The Good fat

Warm Tilapia salad, lemon cured quinoa and pine nut-flax seed gremolata.
Wild Salmon & Oatmeal casserole and lima beans.

    After the recall on pet brand foods, I wanted to protect my Teddy (boxer-lab mix). I knew I wouldn’t have any time to cook and I received a link to this blog. So, I decided to give it a shot and I can’t believe the difference my life and the security you have given both of us.
    p.s. The food even taste good for me to eat!
